Introduction

According to Crossfuse, ServiceNow is a cloud-based workflow automation platform that enables enterprise organizations to improve operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating routine work tasks. ServiceNow is a cloud-based information technology service management (ITSM) tool that has workflow automation capabilities.

I remember how confused I was when I came across the definition of the ServiceNow platform. Even with prior years of experience in tech, it all seemed strange.
